We support our employees in acquiring national certifications in order to improve their technical skills as technicians. Many of our employees who are active in the company have obtained multiple national certifications, with approximately 70% of our employees working as national technicians after their third year with the company.

Our staff in charge of manufacturing directly discusses the contents of drawings in accordance with the customer's requirements, and builds a production system that meets the customer's needs, from prototyping to mass production. In addition, we have continued to support our on-site technicians in acquiring national certifications since the establishment of the company, with the aim of improving their technical skills as technicians.
Thorough quality control system to maintain and improve product quality
Since our founding, we have accumulated expertise in vacuum parts processing, which prevents scratches and defects, in the process of delivering our products to our customers. We ensure stable quality by designing jigs and other tools through our product verification and manufacturing engineering department.
