Quality management
We have acquired the ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management.
In order to provide our customers with satisfactory products in the field of precision mechanical parts processing, Suntec Co., Ltd. acquired the ISO 9001 certification, the international standard for quality management systems, on April 25, 2008.
We will continue to strive for further quality control and to provide products that satisfy our customers.
Quality policy
We provide products that are reliable and satisfactory to our customers.
We will comply with the QMS based on the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard, maintain and improve quality through continuous improvement, and produce quality products that will satisfy our customers.
In order to achieve our quality policy, we are determined to continuously improve the establishment and implementation of our QMS and its effectiveness, and to perform the following matters.

- Raise awareness among everyone in the company of how important it is to fulfill customer requirements as a matter of course, and to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, JIS standards, etc.

- Establish a quality policy, set quality targets based on this quality policy in each department, and develop activities to achieve the targets. In addition, the following items shall be clarified as a specific framework for quality objectives.
- Provide QCD and services that satisfy customers.
- Build an efficient production system that can generate more profit.
- Ensure the improvement of technical capabilities that earn the trust of customers and the development of the human resources necessary to achieve this goal.
- Accelerate the speed of responding to customers' requests for estimates and delivery deadlines.

- Penetrate the QMS into all departments, confirm its effectiveness through management reviews, and evaluate the need for improvements and changes in the quality management system.
Quality meetings
We hold a monthly meeting for the purpose of quality improvement, attended by the plant manager and the managers of the manufacturing, quality assurance, production engineering, and sales groups. At the meeting, process quality results for the previous month are reviewed, factors causing problems are analyzed, and improvements and countermeasures are discussed.
